1. Acceptance
By using VoiceSentinel, you agree to these Terms with PandaScript.
2. Service Description
VoiceSentinel is a PandaScript product that provides audio transcription and moderation services.
3. Public Processors
Public Processors are shared infrastructure operated by PandaScript and provided on a best-effort basis with no guarantees.
4. No Warranty
VoiceSentinel is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PandaScript shall not be liable for:
- Data loss or exposure
- Inaccurate results
- Service interruptions
- Any indirect or consequential damages
6. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Process sensitive or regulated data
- Attempt to exploit or disrupt the system
7. Suspension / Termination
PandaScript may suspend or terminate access at any time without notice.
8. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Legal compliance (including consent laws)
- Informing users of audio processing
- Any consequences resulting from use of VoiceSentinel
9. Changes
PandaScript may update these Terms at any time.
